No recovery, no commission.
You pay commission only on money we recover for you. Until then, the chasing is ours.

Court filing fees, if a claim needs one, are agreed with you before anything is spent.
Do the work. Leave the chasing to us.
You did the work and sent the invoice. Then nothing. The awkward calls, the emails rewritten three times, the hours you will never bill. Late payment happens to good businesses. We take the chasing off your hands.
Much of what we recover is straightforward: a demand from outside your business is sometimes enough and the money arrives. Some accounts need a debtor located, a dispute answered, or a court. We handle both, and where an account is not worth pursuing, we say so as early as we can.
From the first letter to the last payment.
Your file is managed by our team the whole way. Where a step needs a lawyer or a process server, we arrange it. Choose the situation closest to yours.

Send us the invoice
The invoice, your terms of trade and any correspondence. We assess it and tell you what it will take, at no cost.
We chase
Demand, negotiation, and where it is needed, proceedings and enforcement. We deal with the debtor, and keep you updated.
You get paid
Recovered money is passed to you. Our commission comes out of what we recover.
You pay commission on what we recover.
No joining fee and no monthly subscription. Where your terms of trade allow recovery costs to be charged to the debtor, we claim them. Court filing fees and similar out of pocket costs sit outside commission, and we tell you what they are before anything is spent.
