Commission
Commission is charged on what we recover, at the rate for the size of the debt when it is lodged. Debts under $1,000 are accepted case by case.

Ministry of Justice fees
If a debt goes to court, the Ministry of Justice charges for each step. We pass these fees on at cost.

Enforcement costs can be claimed back from the debtor.
Other costs
No joining fee and no monthly subscription. Where your terms of trade allow recovery costs to be charged to the debtor, we claim them. Court filing fees and similar out of pocket costs sit outside commission, and we tell you what they are before anything is spent.
