The business, or the person, the money is owed to. We use these details to confirm the account and to contact you about it. We save these details so we can help if you get stuck.

How we use your information

Privacy Act 2020: how we use what you give us

Who collects it. NZ Debt Recoveries Limited, PO Box 1023, Pukekohe 2120. We hold it.

Why. To assess the debt, set up and run your file, recover the debt, contact you about it, and invoice and remit to you. Under clause 19 of our terms of business we may also obtain a credit report on you to assess your account with us.

Who it is shared with. Only as the work needs: the debtor and anyone liable for the debt, lawyers and counsel we instruct, process servers, courts and tribunals, credit reporting agencies, and the IT and storage providers that run this form and our systems.

If you leave things out. The details marked "Needed" are required to lodge the debt. Without them we cannot open the file, and we will ask you to book a call instead.

If you stop part way. Once you finish this first step we keep these details, even if you do not send the form, so we can call you and help you finish. We do not email you automatically.

Your rights. You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct it. Email admin@nzdebtrec.com or write to PO Box 1023, Pukekohe 2120.

As registered, e.g. "Smith Joinery Limited". If the money is owed to you personally, enter your full name.
