What we do
We recover money owed to businesses by other businesses, from the first demand to judgment and enforcement. Your file is managed by our team from the first letter to the last payment. Where a matter needs a lawyer, we arrange one and keep managing the file.
How we work
Much of what we recover is straightforward. Often an account has simply been overlooked, and a demand from outside your business is sometimes enough for the money to arrive. Some accounts need a debtor located, a dispute answered, or a court. We handle both. Where an account is not worth pursuing, we say so as early as we can.
We are firm with debtors and professional about it. A debtor who engages early usually has more options than one who does not, and we would rather recover your money than win an argument.
How commission works
Our commission is charged on what we recover. That means:
- There is no joining fee, no monthly fee and no upfront fee.
- If we do not recover, you do not pay commission.
- Where your terms of trade allow recovery costs to be charged to the debtor, we claim them.
- Court filing fees and similar out of pocket costs sit outside commission. We tell you what they are before anything is spent.
Our rates are below. The extras we charge only on your instruction, and the Ministry of Justice fees we pass on at cost, are on our fees page.

Commission is charged on what we recover, and never falls below the top of the band below.
